Club Membership Terms

1. Who we are
The "Travelers" are an independent community of fans of the game EXODUS (developer — Archetype Entertainment, publisher — Wizards of the Coast). The Club is not official, is not affiliated with the rights holders, and does not sell the game itself, in-game currency, accounts, or items.
2. What membership includes
- Access to the private members' chat;
- Participation in offline club meetups;
- Participation in the cosplay group and club photoshoots;
- A personalized Traveler card and metal club pin (shipped by mail);
- An EXODUS news digest every two weeks;
- Participation in launch-day activities in 2027.
3. Fee and payment
The membership fee is $63 (sixty-three US dollars), one-time. There are no subscriptions and no automatic charges.
Payment process: you submit an application on the website → within 24 hours you receive an email with payment details → you pay by any convenient method → you send the payment confirmation → you are added to the Club. The website does not accept or process payments or bank card data.
4. Refunds
Within 14 calendar days of payment, you may request a full refund of the fee without giving a reason — simply email hello@exojus.site from the address used in your application. Refunds are issued via the same method used for payment, within 10 business days.
5. Community rules
- Respect fellow members: no insults, harassment, or discrimination;
- Spoilers must be clearly labeled;
- Advertising and selling anything without the organizer's approval is prohibited;
- Membership is open to those 18 and older.
For systematic rule violations, the organizer may remove a member without a refund (if the removal occurs after the 14-day refund period).
6. Limitation of liability
The schedule of meetups and activities may change; up-to-date information is published in the private chat. The Club is not responsible for changes to the EXODUS release date made by its developer — Club membership is not tied to a specific release date.
