This policy describes how the unofficial Travelers Fan Club (the "Club") processes personal data of website visitors and members. By submitting an application through the form on this website, you confirm that you have read this policy and consent to the processing of your data for the purposes described below.
1. What data we collect
- Name or nickname — so we know how to address you;
- E-mail address — to send the payment details email and Club news;
- Telegram username (optional) — to add you to the private chat.
We do not collect bank card data, passport details, home addresses, or any other data not listed above. The membership fee is paid off-site, directly via the payment details sent by email.
2. Purposes of processing
- Processing your membership application;
- Sending the email with payment details for the membership fee;
- Adding members to the private chat and informing them about Club meetups and activities;
- Processing refund requests.
3. How the application is transmitted
Form data is delivered to the Club organizer via the official Telegram messenger API (api.telegram.org) over a secure HTTPS connection. Data is never sold or shared with third parties, except for the services technically required to operate the website (hosting provider, email service, Telegram).
4. Storage and protection
Data is stored by the Club organizer no longer than necessary for the purposes listed above. Only the Club organizer has access to the data. If you leave the Club, your data is deleted upon request within 30 days.
5. Cookies
This website does not use advertising trackers or third-party cookies. Only technical cookies from the hosting provider, necessary for the website to function, may be used.
6. Your rights
You may request at any time: a copy of your data, its correction or complete deletion, and you may withdraw your consent to processing. To do so, email hello@exojus.site.
